On Friday, Feb. 4, at 4:50 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) left a videocassette on her personal vehicle while it was parked and unattended in Lot 103, north of Centennial Halls. A Campus Safety officer responded and completed an investigation.
Trashed computer
On Sunday, Feb. 6, at 12:35 p.m., a Campus Safety officer reported unknown person(s) vandalized a computer at Penrose Library. Penrose Library staff was notified.
Purse snatched
On Sunday, Feb. 6, at 3:20 p.m., a Sodexho staff member reported unknown person(s) stole her purse from an unsecured locker in Driscoll North. A Campus Safety officer responded and completed an investigation.
Radio jacked
On Sunday, Feb. 6, at 10:40 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) broke into his personal vehicle and stole the car radio.
The car was parked and unattended in Lot 103, north of Centennial Halls.
A Campus Safety officer responded and completed an investigation. Denver police was notified.
Lost. . .
On Monday, Feb. 7, at 10:26 a.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole her personal vehicle from Lot 103, north of Centennial Halls. A Campus Safety investigation is ongoing. Denver police was notified.
And found
On Monday, Feb. 7, at 10:40 a.m., a Campus Safety officer reported a stolen motor vehicle was recovered from Lot 103, north of Centennial Halls. Denver police responded and towed the vehicle to their impound yard.
Stolen comforter
On Wednesday, Feb. 9, at 10:20 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole his bed comforter from the laundry room at Nelson Hall. A Campus Safety officer responded and completed an investigation.
CS impersonator
On Thursday, Feb. 10, at 2:17 a.m., a DU staff member reported an underage DU student was intoxicated and wearing a Campus Safety jacket in the Harper Humanities Gardens. Campus Safety responded and contacted the student. The student was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and a stolen Campus Safety jacket. Denver police was notified and the student was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
