Disturbance at library On Thursday, March 27, at 12:42 p.m. DU Campus Safety responded to the report of a suspicious party in the Sturm College of Law. An on-scene investigation revealed a former DU student was causing a disturbance in the library. The former student was escorted from the building and informed not to return without permission from the Dean’s Office.
Passport found On Friday, March 28, at 1:20 p.m. DU Campus Safety responded to the report of found property at Ben Cherrington Hall. An on-scene investigation revealed the property was an altered U.S. passport belonging to a DU student. The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards will be notified.
Harassment by student On Saturday, March 29, at 10:53 a.m. DU Campus Safety responded to the report of harassment at Wesley Hall. A DU Campus Safety report revealed a DU student was receiving unwelcomed contact from another DU student at his off-campus employer. The student was advised to contact Denver Police Department if the harassment continues.Student injures hand On Saturday, March 29, at 8:32 p.m. DU Campus Safety responded to the report of an injured party in the 1900 block of East Iliff Avenue. An on-scene investigation revealed a DU staff member witnessed an unidentified DU student injured her hand in the door of a DU Shuttle van. The student exited the van near Johnson-McFarlane Hall. Risk Management will be notified.
Student to detox On Saturday, March 29, at 2:05 a.m. Denver Campus Safety and Denver Police Department responded to the report of an intoxicated party at Centennial Halls. An on-scene investigation revealed a DU student was severely intoxicated. Denver Police Department transported the student to a detox facility for medical treatment. The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards will be notified.
Vandalized vehicle On Saturday, March 29, at 2:30 p.m. a DU student reported harassment at an off-campus location. A DU Campus Safety report revealed another DU student attempted to vandalize the student’s vehicle. The student was advised to file a report with Denver Police Department.
