Now that May is in full swing, it’s time to discover some new local music to pair it with. Here’s a playlist of new releases from Denver-based artists to provide a soundtrack for the end of the quarter.

“Top Down”- Jaiel

Once again, the Denver-based family band masterfully blends genres in the latest single: “Escargot.” Hellgrammites blend rock and punk in a fresh fashion that is packed with energy and sure to entertain. 

“Blue Jacket” – Antibroth

Another song in the vein of punk, University of Denver’s own Antibroth showcases what they’ve been working on with their new single, “Blue Jacket.” Vocals reminiscent of classic punk paired with impressive guitar technique make this one a show-stopper that is sure to impress.
