A staff member reported a stolen parking permit to Campus Safety at 8:45 a.m.

The staffer’s personal vehicle had been parked on the 1700 block of South Fairfax Street in Denver.

The theft occured between March 15 and March 19 according to a Campus Safety report.

Sunday, March 22

Campus Safety discovered a severly intoxicated student at the University Apartments South in the early morning.

The student, who was reported to Campus Safety, had to be transported to Porter Hospital for treatment. The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards has been notified.

Monday, March 23

Around noon, Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded to the report of a DU staff member trapped in an elevator due to a power outage at the Cable Center.

The fire department released the staff member from the elevator. No injuries were reported.

In the afternoon, Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded to the report of an ill person near the east entrance of Sturm Hall.

An on-scene investigation revealed the person had a seizure.

Paramedics transported the person to Porter Hospital for medical treatment.
