Employers host career fair
The Career Center will host employers such as Wells Fargo and Chipotle Mexican Grill at the Winter Career and Internship Fair this Wednesday. The event will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Governor’s Ballroom at the Driscoll Student Center.
Students are advised to dress professionally and bring their resumes.

Refugees lead panel discussion
This Wednesday, community members will join together to present “Voices of Refugees” from 6 to 8 p.m. in Sturm Hall’s Davis Auditorium.
A coffee reception will follow the discussion.

African song and dance celebration
African performers will take the stage Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Driscoll Ballroom at the Driscoll Student Center for an African Extravaganza.
Dinner will be available for a purchase of $10 from Café Africana, Marrakesh or the Palava.
Suggested donation for the event is $5.

Gala to celebrate LGBT activism
The fourth annual LGBTIQA Gala Celebration will take place this Thursday in the Driscoll Ballroom at the Driscoll Student Center from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
The free event will feature an awards ceremony honoring members of the community for their work for the equality for LGBTIQA people.
A buffet dinner will be provided, and there will be a cash bar.
Emcees will be spoken word performer and DU alumna Dee Galloway and K.R. Roberto, Penrose Library assistant professor and serials librarian.

India-themed meal and auction
The Josef Korbel School of International Studies will present an India themed dinner and entertainment this Friday at 6:30 p.m. at The Forum in the Ricketson Law Building.
A silent auction will also be held during the event.
Tickets are $50 per person. Attire is business casual.

Perspectives on forgiveness panel
The Interfaith Alliance will sponsor “Foul-Ups and Forgiveness” next Tuesday, Feb. 24 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Nelson Hall Private Dining Room.

“Three Penny”
opera debuts
The Lamont Opera Theatre Program and DU Theatre Department will co-produce the third annual musical presentation of the “Threepenny Opera” next Thursday, Feb. 26. The show will take place in the Byron Flex Theatre.
Tickets are $20 for general admission, $15 for senior, handicapped and group rates, $8 for students and free for members of the military.
