Intoxicated studentOn Sunday, Oct. 23, at 5:00 a.m., Campus Safety and the Denver Fire Department responded to the report of an intoxicated individual at Centennial Halls. An on scene investigation revealed an underage, intoxicated DU student was unresponsive and required medical assistance. The student did not reside on campus and was transported to an unknown location by Paramedics. The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards will be notified.

Marijuana partyOn Monday, Oct. 24, at 11:10 p.m., Campus Safety responded to the report of an odor of marijuana at Centennial Halls. An on scene investigation revealed five underage DU students and one unaffiliated party admitted to consuming alcohol and using marijuana prior to Campus Safety arrival. The remaining contraband was confiscated by Campus Safety. The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards will be notified.

Restroom vandalOn Oct. 24, at 11:29 p.m., a DU staff member reported vandalism at the Driscoll Center. DCS responded and completed an on scene investigation. The investigation revealed an unknown person removed a paper towel dispenser from the wall in the women’s restroom. Porn photosOn Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 3:45 p.m., Campus Safety responded to the report of pornographic photos in the Ritchie Center. An on scene investigation revealed that pornographic photos were discovered on several occasions in the men’s restroom on the fourth floor. Investigation is on going.

Underage drunkOn Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 11:41 p.m., Campus Safety responded to the report of an underage, intoxicated DU student at Johnson-McFarlane Hall. An on scene investigation revealed the student was intoxicated and required medical assistance. Denver Cares transported the student to detox. The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards will be notified.

Roommate disputeOn Thursday, Oct. 27, at 11:53 p.m., a DU student reported the odor of marijuana at Centennial Halls. An on scene investigation revealed that there was an odor of marijuana and alcohol bottles were present in a dorm room. An on going dispute between the roommates in this room makes it unclear who owns the contraband in question. The students have agreed to continue work with Residence Life to resolve their dispute.

Underage drinkingOn Friday, Oct. 28, at 2:00 a.m., Campus Safety, Denver police and the Denver Fire Department responded to the report of an underage, intoxicated DU student at Centennial Halls. An on scene investigation revealed the exact cause and degree of the student’s intoxication could not be determined. Paramedics transported the student to Porter hospital for treatment.

Beer and drug bustOn Sunday, Oct. 30, at 12:26 a.m., Campus Safety responded to the report of an odor of marijuana at Nelson Hall. An on scene investigation revealed that three underage DU students were drinking. All students denied having marijuana but admitted to having alcohol. The bottled alcohol was disposed of and a beer keg was confiscated by the Resident Advisor. The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards will be notified.
