Luciano’s Pizza & Wings Now OpenPizzeria Offers Authentic Taste of Buffalo, New York
Denver, CO (Wednesday, September 15, 2004)—Luciano’s Pizza & Wings opened in the Golden Triangle on Friday, September 3, 2004. Located at 1043 Broadway, the restaurant offers traditional Buffalo, New York-style pizza and wings for take-out, delivery and dine-in.
“Luciano’s offers traditional Buffalo, New York style pizza and wings, home of Buffalo Wings. Buffalo-style pizza has a slightly thicker crust, sweet sauce, and unique combination of toppings,” says Kris Ferreri, owner and chef of Luciano’s. “I missed the taste of pizza and wings like I would get back home in Buffalo.”
Luciano’s menu includes a variety of pizza, wings and salads. Pizza is available by the slice, medium (14″), large (16″) and sheet pizza (18″x26″) with a choice of toppings. Luciano’s also offers specialty pizzas such as the Taco Pizza, fresh tomatoes in light sauce, hot and sweet peppers, spicy seasoned ground beef or white chicken breast, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, topped with black olives; Sicilian White, whole tomatoes in sauce, olive oil, garlic, romano cheese, crisp onions, and hot or sweet peppers; Buffalo Chicken Style, white chicken breast, Luciano’s special wing sauce in mild, medium or hot, bleu cheese dressing and mozzarella cheese; and Spinach Popeye, olive oil, Romano cheese, spinach, onions, mozzarella and ricotta cheese and sausage. Luciano’s Buffalo wings are available in mild, medium and hot as well as a variety of flavors including barbeque, Italian, Jamaican Jerk, honey mustard. Luciano’s will also serve large antipasto and chef salads.
The restaurant’s dCB)cor is stylish yet comfortable. Exposed brick walls, lined with Italian artwork, frame the 2,600 square foot restaurant. The dining area is separate from the ordering counter and seats approximately 32 guests. Seating is also available in the entrance at countertop seats that look out to Broadway.
