Smashed student

On Thursday, April 24, at 11:53 p.m., a DU student reported an underage DU student was intoxicated and ill in his personal vehicle that was parked in the 2100 block of East Iliff Avenue. Campus Safety and paramedics responded. Paramedics determined the student was not in need of emergency medical assistance and allowed her to go to her residence to sober up.

Drunken combat

On Friday, April 25, at 1:58 a.m., an RA reported two underage DU students were intoxicated and fighting at Centennial Towers. Campus Safety responded. The incident was referred to Citizenship & Community Standards for disposition.

Bike pilfered

On Sunday, April 27 at about 8 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole her bicycle from Penrose Library. The bicycle was secured with an inappropriate cable lock. Campus Safety responded and completed an investigation, and advised the student to file a report with Denver police.

Lover’s spat

On Friday, April 25, at about 9:45 p.m., a DU student reported her roommate and her roommate’s boyfriend, both of whom are DU students, were fighting at Centennial Towers. Campus Safety and Denver police responded. Denver police advised both students to stay away from each other’s rooms or they would be arrested for trespassing. The incident was referred to Citizenship & Community Standards for disposition.

Dorm kegger

On Saturday, April 26, at about 2:30 a.m., an RA reported a loud party at a residence in Nelson Hall. Campus Safety and Denver police responded. A Denver police investigation revealed several underage DU students in possession of a keg of beer. Denver police ordered the students to bring the keg to a Campus Safety vehicle outside the building. After bringing down the keg, two DU students damaged a gate arm to Lot N. The incident was referred to Citizenship & Community Standards.

Freshman fury

On Saturday, April 26, at 4:18 a.m., a Campus Safety dispatcher reported unknown person(s) threw a fire extinguisher out a window at Centennial Halls. There were no injuries. The extinguisher was confiscated by Campus Safety.

Trapped in elevator

On Monday, April 28, at 6:03 p.m., an unaffiliated male reported he was stuck in an elevator at Lot P, south of the Performing Arts Center. Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded. The male was able to exit the elevator prior to the arrival of Denver Fire Department. There were no injuries.

Passed out

On Tuesday, April 29, at 2:04 a.m., Campus Safety reported two unidentified males carried an underage DU student that was intoxicated and unconscious to the student’s residence at Centennial Halls. Denver Fire Department and paramedics responded. Paramedics transported the student to Porter Hospital for treatment. The incident was referred to Citizenship & Community Standards for disposition.

Embezzled drugs

On Wednesday, April 30, at 3:40 p.m., a DU staff member reported unknown person(s) stole prescription drugs from a secured storage area in the Health Center at The Ritchie Center.
