11:38 p.m., a Campus Safety Officer reported unknown person(s) wrote in chalk on sidewalks at Boettcher West, Penrose Library, and the Ritchie Center. Facilities Management notified.

April 25

9:45 a.m., a DU staff member reported unknown person(s) stole her laptop computer from her secured office at Sturm Hall. Denver Police Department assistance was declined. Campus Safety investigation is ongoing.

11:47 a.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole his laptop computer from his secured residence at Johnson-McFarlane Hall. Denver Police Department assistance was declined. Campus Safety investigation is ongoing.

April 26

2:34 a.m., a Campus Safety Officer reported an underage DU student intoxicated and in possession of alcoholic beverages at Centennial Halls. The student was referred to Citizenship and Community Standards for disposition.

4 p.m., a Campus Safety Officer reported several members of Beta Theta Pi fraternity refusing to remove an unauthorized portable swimming pool from in front of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house. The fraternity members were referred to Citizenship and Community Standards and Greek Affairs for disposition.

6:11 p.m., a DU staff member reported unknown person(s) stole a scoreboard horn at the lacrosse field, west of the Ritchie Center. Campus Safety responded, completed investigation, and advised the staff member to file a report with Denver Police Department.

11:41 p.m., an unaffiliated adult female reported a loud party in the 2100 block of South High Street. Campus Safety and Denver Police Department responded. Denver Police Department arrested one unidentified male for public intoxication.

April 27

2:25 a.m., a Resident Assistant reported an underage DU student was intoxicated and ill at her residence at Centennial Towers. Campus Safety, Denver Fire Department and paramedics responded. Paramedics transported the student to Denver Health Medical Center for treatment.

April 28

1:25 a.m., a Resident Assistant reported an unaffiliated adult female ill at Centennial Halls. Campus Safety responded. Further investigation revealed the female alleged she was drugged and sexually assaulted at a party in the 2000 block of South Clayton Street. Denver Police Department and paramedics responded. Paramedics transported the female to Denver Health Medical Center for treatment. Campus Safety and Denver Police Department investigation is ongoing.

2:30 a.m., a DU student reported a hit-and-run traffic accident in the 1900 block of East Iliff Avenue. Campus Safety and Denver Police Department responded. Investigation revealed an eastbound vehicle struck two parked and unattended vehicles and left the scene. There were no injuries. Denver Police Department investigation is ongoing.

11:45 a.m., a DU student reported a vehicle with a broken windshield parked in Lot H-2, south of Ben Cherrington Hall. Campus Safety responded and completed investigation. The owner, a DU student, was later contacted by Campus Safety and advised to file a report with Denver Police Department.

12 p.m., a Campus Safety Officer reported unknown person(s) damaged a trash receptacle in Lot H-2, south of Ben Cherrington Hall. Facilities Management was notified.

11:04 p.m., a Campus Safety Officer reported a computer monitor was thrown from a top window at Dunklee Hall to the ground below. There were no injuries. Investigation revealed Johnson Wales University students were involved. Johnson Wales University Student Life notified and will investigate.

11:40 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole his secured bicycle from the bike rack at Centennial Halls. Campus Safety responded, completed investigation, and advised the student to file a report with Denver Police Department.

April 29

8:15 a.m., a DU staff member reported unknown person(s) broke a window at Penrose Library. Campus Safety responded and completed investigation. Denver Police Department assistance was declined. Facilities Management was notified.

11:17 p.m., an RA reported a DU student was ill at Centennial Halls. Campus Safety and paramedics responded. Paramedics transported the student to Porter Adventist Hospital for treatment.

11:30 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole his clothes from the laundry room in the basement of Johnson-McFarlane Hall. Campus Safety responded and completed investigation.

April 30

1:45 a.m., a fire alarm was activated at the Shwayder Art Building. Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded. Investigation revealed the alarm was caused by a large amount of dust in a basement room.

2:20 a.m., a Resident Assistant reported a DU student ill in a restroom at Centennial Halls. Campus Safety responded and contacted the student. The student refused medical assistance and went back to his residence.
