Take a stroll down Clayton Street in Cherry Creek and be drawn in by the white lights wrapped around the iron gates that create the outdoor patio of the charming Weber Restaurant. Right from the start, the lights are the first of many inviting attributes that set the mood for a delightful dining experience.

Weber Restaurant is a little restaurant and a quaint dining spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and drinks. Choose to dine on the patio and watch the passers-by of Cherry Creek, lounge in the lobby and sip a cocktail, or sit in the dining room and feast. The handsome paintings of French waiters hanging on the cream painted walls, the burgundy carpet designed in a diamond pattern, red flared lights suspended from the ceiling and fresh purple chrysanthemums and pink carnations on the table, all set the mood of a relaxed ambiance in the interior.

The menu is “fresh American Cuisine.” The menu offers a variety of entrees with a unique flair of ingredients that stand out from other restaurants. For example, the lavender in the whipped mashed potatoes, adds a delicate hint of flavor that increases the richness of this side dish.

The breakfast menu has choices from “orange zest grand marnier pancakes,” Belgian waffles and berry french toast, to eggs prepared poached, as an omelette, and everything in between. The lunch menu includes appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and fish and pasta entrees. The dinner menu also includes bold appetizers, tasty salads and a choice of chicken, mild fish, tender beef or pasta entrees.

Last but not least, the delicious desserts range from the creamy crCB(me Brule cheesecake to rich chocolate molten cake drizzled with raspberry sauce.

With the mellow atmosphere and the delicious food, how could Weber Restaurant get any better? For starters, for those over 21, happy hour is Monday through Friday, from 4:30 to 6 pm. During this time, appetizers and wine are half price.

Also, on Saturday nights, a bottle of wine is free with a purchase of two entrees.

Everyone can enjoy weekends when brunch is served until 2 pm and a four-course dinner is served Sunday nights for $12.50. Not to mention, the servers are energetic, accommodating and quick.

Weber Restaurant is a delightful spot to celebrate birthdays or special occasions, have a pleasant meal out with family, friends, or a date. The dress code would be considered business casual, for this upscale, but yet, comfortable restaurant.

The prices are very reasonable, between $7 and $20 for an entrCB)e, especially for a restaurant located in the heart of Cherry Creek shopping district.

The owner of the Weber Restaurant, Peter Weber is recalled to have said, “We are the best kept secret in Denver, and we don’t want to be a secret anymore.”

So go ahead, head over to Cherry Creek and stop in at the Weber Restaurant at 233 Clayton Street, enjoy a pleasant time and eat a delicious meal and spread the secret about this quaint little restaurant.
