On Feb. 23, The Preiss Company announced its acquisition of Vista Student Apartments. The Preiss Company will take over the property’s operations and put in an estimated $500,000 upgrade to the building, according to a press release from Feb. 23.
“Barriers to new development are extremely high in this location, which made this acquisition particularly attractive,” said Donna Preiss in the press release, who is the founder and CEO of The Preiss Company. “When we complete our renovation and implement our proprietary operating programs, we expect to see high ratings from our student renters, as well as excellent returns.”
The press release noted renovations will include state-of-the-art internet bundled services, a clubhouse and common area upgrades and enhancements to the multiple vistas.
