Delta Zeta sorority is hosting a Vegas Wedding Party on Saturday from 5-9 p.m. The party is open to the whole campus and is alcohol-free.
The party is a fundraiser for the Delta Zeta Centennial Fund. The sorority hopes to donate a garden to the school with the money in the fund.
“The premise behind the party is that it can be a pre-party for whatever students are planning on doing during the evening,” said Delta Zeta president Ashley Page Quinto. It is also only the second Greek party this year to be hosted in the actual Greek house.
Students can get married and divorced at the party as well as gamble with fake money. There will also be fortune telling.
Tickets to the event are $3. They can be purchased this week on Driscoll Bridge or at the door. The event will be held at the Delta Zeta house at 2258 South Josephine.
