Car crash

On Tuesday, Feb. 22, at 5:23 p.m., a DU student reported a traffic accident involving his personal vehicle in Lot P, south of the Performing Arts Center. There were no injuries. A Campus Safety officer responded and completed an investigation. Denver police assistance was declined.

Smokin’ pot

On Monday, Feb. 21, at 12:02 a.m., an RA reported an odor of marijuana coming from a residence in Johnson-McFarlane Hall. Campus Safety responded, contacted the occupants of the residence, and confiscated a small quantity of marijuana. The incident was referred to Citizenship & Community Standards for disposition.

Creepy calls

On Tuesday, Feb. 22, at 5:39 p.m., four DU students reported another student was harassing them on their cell phones in Centennial Halls. A Campus Safety investigation is ongoing.

Injury at Ritchie Center

On Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 11:07 a.m., a DU staff member reported he injured himself at The Ritchie Center. Campus Safety, Denver Fire Department, and paramedics responded. The staff member declined transportation by paramedics to the hospital and instead had a friend transport him.

Wino

On Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 8:45 p.m., a Campus Safety officer reported an underage DU student was in possession of a bottle of wine outside the College of Law. The wine was confiscated and the incident was referred to Citizenship & Community Standards for disposition.

Electronics heist

On Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 8:19 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole her Ipod and camera from her unsecured residence in Centennial Halls. A Campus Safety officer responded and completed an investigation. Denver police assistance was declined.

Call from daddy

On Thursday, Feb. 24, at 2:19 a.m., the father of a DU student reported the student was being harassed at Johnson-McFarlane Hall. Campus Safety and the GRD responded. The GRD advised that Residence Life will resolve the incident in the morning.
