Dear Editor- Im not sure if you are aware of this, but there is a bill pending in the Senate right now pushing for the draft to be put back into action. This draft will be unable to dodge. Canada has signed an agreement with the USA stating that any US citizen caught in Canada once the draft has taken affect will be sent back to the US immediately. Also people between the ages of 18-26 who are enrolled in college will be able to finish the semester before they are sent to war. This bill is still pending so we still have time to state our opinions on the matter. Please write an article informing your readers about this bill. Let them know they can contact their senators and state their opinions on the matter.
