12:29 a.m., a Johnson & Wells University student reported her personal vehicle was vandalized while parked in lot 241, north of Dunklee Hall. Campus Safety responded and completed investigation.

9:25 a.m., a DU facilities staff member reported he injured himself while working in the 1900 block of East Asbury Avenue. Campus Safety responded. The staff member refused medical assistance and stated he would seek medical attention on his own. Facilities Management was notified.

3:40 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole his secured bicycle from the bike rack at Penrose Library. Campus Safety responded and completed investigation. Denver Police Department assistance was declined.

11:23 p.m., an unidentified caller reported a loud party in the 1900 block of South Josephine Street. Campus Safety contacted Denver Police Department. Denver Police Department responded and dispersed the party.

May 12

12:05 a.m., a DU student reported he struck a parked and unattended vehicle while operating a Campus Safety Saferide shuttle in the 2200 block of South Josephine Street. There were no injuries. Campus Safety Management was notified.

1:10 a.m., an RA reported unknown person(s) discharged a fire extinguisher at Johnson-McFarlane Hall. Campus Safety responded. Facilities Management was notified.

May 13

10:30 a.m., a fire alarm was activated at Centennial Halls. Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded. Investigation revealed smoke from the cafeteria kitchen caused the alarm. There was no damage or injuries.

3:40 p.m., a DU student reported a DU affiliate sexually harassed her while off-campus. Campus Safety investigation is ongoing.

8:30 p.m., a DU staff member reported a fire at Mason Hall. Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded. Investigation revealed an oven in the pub area caught on fire. There were no injuries or structural damage to the building.

11:00 p.m., a DU staff member reported two unidentified adult males broke into a vending machine at the Ritchie Center. Campus Safety and Denver Police Department responded. Campus Safety investigation is ongoing.

May 14

1:16 p.m., a fire alarm was activated at Pulliam Hall. Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded. Investigation revealed it was a false alarm with no known cause.

1:25 p.m., a fire alarm was activated at Olin Hall. Campus Safety and Denver Fire Department responded. Investigation revealed it was a false alarm with no known cause.

3:30 p.m., an unaffiliated adult female reported that a DU student assaulted her at Skyline Apartments on May 13. Campus Safety investigation is ongoing. Denver Police Department was notified.

9:04 p.m., Denver Police Department reported a DU student was suicidal at Johnson-McFarlane Hall. Campus Safety responded. Denver Police Department was already on location. The student’s mother transported him to Porter Adventist Hospital for treatment.

11:15 p.m., a DU student reported unknown person(s) stole a tent from the Driscoll Lawn.

Campus Safety responded, completed investigation, and advised the student to file a report with Denver Police Department.
