New to the Clarion? Thinking about joining? Here’s what you need to know:

We welcome undergraduate students of all skill levels, political affiliations, races, genders, sexual orientations, and identities. Our four sections cover News, Opinions, Sports and Arts & Life. We are always seeking writers, photographers, illustrators, videographers, editors and the like. None of those suit you? We need loyal readers to follow us on social and share our weekly content as well.

No experience is necessary, as The Clarion is a great way to improve your writing, photography, and journalistic skills.

This is a great resume builder, especially if you study media, journalism, film, English, communications, political science, or public policy. We also offer paid positions at the end of each academic year. If you impress us with your commitment to the paper, you may get the opportunity to apply for a staff position or internship.
