what went right

DU won three singles matches and the doubles point in the sweep against North Texas. Sophia Bergner, Elena Najera and Emma Isberg won singles matches for the Pioneers.

The Pioneers had the battle the wind against Oklahoma State, which proved to overcome the conditions with the victory.

women’s lacrosse

DU 15, Quinnipiac 16

what went right

The Pioneers went on a 9-1 run in the Marist game, starting in the first half and stretching into the second to secure the win. Redshirt sophomore Kara Secora had five goals and five assists in the second.

what went wrong

The Pioneers lost the Quinnipiac game in three overtime period. Lauren Matuszczak scored the game winner for the Bobcats.
