Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Diamond & Diamond filed a $150 million lawsuit against nursing homes. The lawsuit is the largest COVID-19 related class-action lawsuit in the nation.

In 2020, the law office represented the victims of the Jasper bus crash in a $17 million lawsuit. The accident killed three people and injured 24 individuals.

They alleged that the defendants failed to take the steps to ensure the tourists’ safety.
