Park Burger, a casual American restaurant, offers its diners award-winning burgers, over 20 rotating craft beers on tap and a variety of sides that perfectly compliment your burger of choice. With five different locations all in Denver, this family-friendly restaurant has become a go-to hot spot for locals and a frequently recommended burger joint for the many tourists of Denver.

When I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic hostess that was able to seat me right away. Although it was pretty busy inside, the noise level was not too loud, and the service was quick. I was surprised with how quickly my food was delivered to me, as most of the tables were full. Many customers also enjoy sitting on the patio, which adds to the easy, neighborhood feel. Park Burger embraces the classic Denver vibe, as they have sports games playing on the TVs that are hung over the timeless bar, allowing its diners to cheer on their favorite teams. The restaurant is run using a modern operation. The servers are able to take and send in your order directly from your table using their convenient electronic devices, catering to a smoother and more refined dining experience.

Although the menu is not too long, you are able to create any burger you desire, choose from a list of sides including a variety of crispy fries or fresh salads. And don’t forget to order an authentic Park Burger milkshake ($5). I had to try one of the rich and flavorful chocolate malt milkshakes which was topped with whipped cream and extra malt powder. The milkshake and the tender, juicy burger paired with the famous truffle fries made for a wonderful combination of flavors.

Park Burger is also very accommodating for all your dietary needs. The veggie burger was very tasty and noticeably fresh, especially when ordered with extra well-done sweet potato fries. One of the best parts about Park Burger is their use of local and fresh ingredients. All of the burgers are always fresh and never frozen, which creates a more gourmet feel. The prices were definitely reasonable for the location, the quality of the food and the eager employees. The area has ice cream and coffee shops, boutiques, an adorable flower shop and many other stores that make for an exciting post-Park Burger meal. Once I completed my feast, I enjoyed taking a stroll down Pearl Street and visiting the quaint community environment.

Its flexible menu makes this restaurant a great place for anyone and everyone to eat and has become my first thought whenever someone asks for a restaurant suggestion in Denver. Park Burger lives up to its reputation with its relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to grab a bite to eat with friends, bring your whole family or even just stop by for a drink. This restaurant is an essential aspect of your Denver experience that will truly live up to its hype.
