On Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 2:20 a.m., while responding to an incident, a Campus Safety officer slipped and fell near the Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity house. The officer sustained minor injuries.

On Thursday, Feb. 9, at 4:34 p.m., Campus Safety responded to a call from a student regarding another student in need of medical attention in Sturm Hall. The reporting party noted that paramedics had already been called to the scene. Campus Safety officers provided assistance to paramedics who transported the student to Porter Hospital.

On Thursday, Feb. 9, at 6:37 p.m., Campus Safety responded to a call from a staff member regarding a slip and fall accident in parking lot “P.” Upon arrival at the scene, officers spoke with the reporting party, who stated they had witnessed a staff member slip and fall on a patch of ice in the lot. Due to the nature of the injuries sustained, paramedics were called to the scene. Paramedics transported the injured staff member to Swedish Hospital.

On Thursday, Feb. 9, at 3:15 p.m., While on routine patrol, Campus Safety observed a student driving in an unsafe manner in parking lot “C.” The officer contacted the student, who was confrontational and non-compliant.

On Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 11:57 a.m., Campus Safety took a report from a staff member regarding a vehicular collision which occurred off campus involving a university-owned vehicle and a privately-owned vehicle. The staff member relayed they had been cited by the Denver Police Department (DPD) and they had exchanged insurance information with the other driver involved.

On Friday, Feb. 10, at 1:16 p.m., Campus Safety responded to the Ritchie Center to take a report regarding a vehicle collision.  Upon arrival, they met with a staff member who reported that while driving a university- owned vehicle on Colorado Blvd they
