The University of Denver Programming Board (DUPB) announced its latest MusicFest artist on Feb. 10 during the second intermission at Magness Arena during the DU hockey game against Colorado College. DUPB announced that D.R.A.M. will be the 2017 headliner .

D.R.A.M. (Shelley Marshaun Massenburg-Smith) is best known for his single “Broccoli,” featuring Lil Yachty, and other singles “Cash Machine” and “Cha Cha.” This year’s concert will take place at the Ogden Theatre on May 26 at 7:30 p.m.

Early bird tickets became available for $12 on Feb. 13 and will continue to be sold while supplies last.

Music Fest’s debut performer in 2015 was Milky Chance, followed by last year’s artist Galantis.
