Five University of Denver professors have received a total of $12,500 to help supplement their sabbaticals.

A committee of the Faculty Senate selected sabbatical proposals for the following professors: Lamont School of Music professor Richard G. Slavich, Susan M. Schulten, an associate professor in the Department of History, Margaret E. Whitt, director of first-year English, Andrei G. Kutateladze, an associate professor in Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Phillip B. Danielson, an associate professor in the Department of Biological Sciences.

Each professor will receive up to $2,500 to supplement their 2003-2004 sabbatical.
